Blender Pancakes
These delicious blender pancakes are high protein, refined sugar free, gluten free, and KID FRIENDLY! Make a double batch and throw them in the freezer to have extras on hand!

Ingredients
1 3/4
cup
organic GF oats
2
eggs
1
banana
3/4
cup
milk
2
tsp
baking powder
1
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
maple syrup
1
scoop
protein powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth.
Cook on a heated skillet with some butter or avocado oil. I like to use an ice cream scoop or ladle to ensure pancakes are the same size.
Cook about 3 minutes on each side, until you see the bubbles form on top!
Top with almond butter, maple syrup, butter, or whatever you choose! You can also add blueberries or chocolate chips in the batter!
