My 1:1 program is intentionally designed for us to restore your health and get your body in balance, based on what that means for you.

Nutritional Therapy focuses on the whole person. We will not only look at your diet, but also look into your lifestyle – including stress, exercise, relationships, work, sleep and more. 

what to expect

1:1 Nutritional therapy services

If you are having consistent symptoms that have become frustrating and uncomfortable, and ready to do a deep dive to find the root cause, my nutritional therapy services are for you. Some of these symptoms could be gut health concerns, such as bloating and constipation, hormonal imbalance issues, anxiety, concerns around sleep hygiene and more.

Here is what working with me will include: 

  1. Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (320 questions)  & 5-day Food & Mood Journal Analysis

  2. Food Sensitivity Testing through KBMO (*only if necessary, this is an additional cost)
  3. Intake call (90 minutes): Discuss intake paperwork and current goals, priorities, frustrations, and any concerns you have with your health journey at this time.
  4. Findings Call: I will provide your recommendation protocol including dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations that fit into your needs & lifestyle.
  5. Weekly Calls: These check-in calls will be 30 minutes and provide us an opportunity to see how the recommendations are working for you, discuss any barriers, and update accordingly.
  6. Support is also provided through my personal cell phone, where you can ask questions and contact me when needed. You will also have access to Markham Menu Plus membership for the duration of your time in my program.

WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL THERAPY?

Nutritional Therapy focuses a foundational and holistic approach to health. There are six foundations that as NTP’s we focus on which are Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Fatty Acids, Mineral Balance & Hydration. I believe that through these foundations, we are able to pinpoint the underlying causes of your symptoms.  It’s also through these foundations, and your in depth nutritional assessment, that we can dissect which system in your body may be in dysfunction, and uncover what we can do to bring it back to fully functioning!   

WHAT ARE SOME TOPICS WE COULD COVER?

This truly depends on what your goals are, and what we learn from your Nutritional Assessment. Some topics I frequently discuss are having a proper nutrient dense diet, how to support your gut health, sleep hygiene, self-care practices, mineral balance, hormone support, blood sugar regulation, and more.

We begin with a free discovery call to get to know each other better. This gives me an opportunity to explain more about Nutritional Therapy, and helps us both get to know each other better. From then, we can discuss my program details and if we are good fit to begin working together.
