Blender Pancakes

These delicious blender pancakes are high protein, refined sugar free, gluten free, and KID FRIENDLY! Make a double batch and throw them in the freezer to have extras on hand!

Servings 15 pancakes


  • 1 3/4 cup organic GF oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder


  • Add all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth.
  • Cook on a heated skillet with some butter or avocado oil. I like to use an ice cream scoop or ladle to ensure pancakes are the same size.
  • Cook about 3 minutes on each side, until you see the bubbles form on top!
  • Top with almond butter, maple syrup, butter, or whatever you choose! You can also add blueberries or chocolate chips in the batter!
